    Anolog issue on new wired controller


    Hello I just got a new spectra, infinity enhanced wired controller and when I try to play call of duty, black ops, three zombies, I cannot run because it seems that whenever I try to press down on my left analog and push-up at the same time it doesn’t respond so I go to the settings and I go to accessories and I go to test it shows that the buttons both work when I press down and push up but when I do it both at the same time, it kind of flashes back-and-forth to each other instead of simultaneously being pressed together, what do I do?

    Hi there! Sorry to hear about what happened. Let's see what we can do about that here.

    To further isolate the issue, have you tried playing a different game if the issue is still the same?
    How about trying a different controller if those commands work just fine?

    Since it's a new controller, please refer to the manufacturer manual in updating its firmware. It may need an update.

    Don't forget to power cycle your console and controller by turning them off manually and unplug them from their power source for few minutes before turning them back on.

    With Default controls, it's the left anolog stick. Just press it.

    Hey! I am John a Xbox Ambassador, This sounds like a Common Issue to me Called Stickdrift this is where you have been eating something well using you're Controller and It's got inside the Anolog Stick, This can result in the same issue that you are experiencing with your Controller.

    "Elite" controller is a joke

    Microsoft needs to redesign the controllers. The Elite and the regular controllers left anolog sticks always get stuck. Especially when playing Madden and NBA 2k smh.

    When using a controller i think you use the anologs the changes box to box then use the RB/LB to go left and right.
