Annual Gamepass renew offer not working

Hi

I tried following the advertised link from the xbox 1 home screen to renew gamepass annually, special offer including forza games.

It takes me to the gold page, where the offer appears again. I follow that link and go to the gamepass page, where there is no mention of the offer, so I click on 'Manage', then on the gamepass link, where I have the option to change my payment method (currently
visa debit if thats relevant), there is still no mention of the renewal offer or an option to change from monthly to a different time period, therefore I am confused.

I dont know if its related, I also am not recieving any messages. 'We were unable to get your messages, please try again later', for at least a couple of weeks now.

Xbox Game Pass

I received an offer yesterday to renew my gamepass for one year and as part of my renewal I would receive two Forza games. I renewed my gamepass but I can not figure out out to gain access to the games promised.

 

Gamescom predictions?

Wanted much things, but hoping for a gamepass annual with Gold, for a good disccount!

 

First, verify you have the gamepass active on your account on this page:
http://account.microsoft.com/services

If so, do the following:

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later). See here how to:

2. Turn off your console and unplug it for 30 seconds. Plug it back in and boot up.

3. Redownload your profile and try again in the game.

If after this you still can't access that deal, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

It could also not be available in your region, the deal.

Thanks, deleting and readding my profile made no difference, I am in UK so region should be ok, will try support.
