    I bought by the start screen announcement that buying Gold, earn 1,500 to swap games, and was NOT credited anything so far!

    How to get my credits?

    Agreed Giz. "XBox Swap" should swap the 2 screens. Frankly sounds like that should have been an easy one to start with.

    Starting to think this is by design. Bc when I buy the gold that works but when i earn the gold it does nothing.

    Currently no. Microsoft announced in January that they are working towards removing the Gold requirement to play free-to-play games. It hasn't started yet and they have not announced when it will start.

    Currently Gold is required to play online in all games. They have announced that they are working on removing that requirement for free-to-play games, but there has been no announcement on when that will start.
