Anniversary, Birthday, Renewal Rewards

To whom it may concern,

I read on the Rewards FAQ, that there have been rewards given for birthday or anniversary, and renewal for Gold Live. I have been a rewards member since 2012, Live member much longer and I have only received one birthday, and one renewal (I believe) reward.
Can some one research my account and if these were in fact supposed to be "rewarded", can some one please advise and adjust my account accordingly? Thank you

Birthday rewards

Hello ThiagoSantos97,

Your event in October was your Xbox Live Rewards Anniversary, not your Birthday. Since Gems were only created in October, it would not be possible to award them for activity before they existed. We see that both the Anniversary and Birthday Gems were claimed
successfully, and listed as such on your MyRewards Gem statement.

Birthday Reward???

Okay, so I don't know if the Birthday Rewards have been suspended or Not? My birthday is August 12th and I was wondering if I will still get my birthday reward. Please respond back.-

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

The offer mentioned in the FAQ is to receive gems for certain activities. Gems just started on October 1, so you would only have received them of you had a birthday/anniversary this month.

Hello AIMNHIGH,

While there are gems given out for birthdays and your Xbox Live Rewards anniversary, and a MyChallenge for Gold renewals, the gems and MyChallenge system was only introduced this October. They do not award for activity done before they had been created.
We used to give out Credits for renewals, but as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55),
we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals as of July 2014.

There are no rewards given for tenure.

M sure there is part where it say we get rewarded for birthday anniversaries ect .... Like this year I got rewards for my birthday on February as a present and got anniversaries rewards for being 2years a member of Xbox Reward in March this year ..= Can
you check that again for me .
