animelab app no preview/title picture for shows

I have downloaded animelab app for Xbox one app it working and streaming ok just no title pictures or episode pictures don't seem to be loading I see the name of show and if subbed or dubbed above that where their is picture of the show is blank mite someone be
able let know what mite cause to be blank or why may not loading title picture thanks in advance for any help I have tried uninstalling reinstalling the app

Windows 8 Shows old Gamerpic

Hi Nevyn,

Is the old GT picture that is showing an Avatar picture? Also in Windows 8, is your 'Games' app up-to-date?

I am experiencing the same thing on my account, and the picture that shows on rewards.xbox.com is the last avatar picture I used for my gamerpic. Although on the Windows 8 client, it shows my most recent non-avatar picture.

Let us know about those bold questions, and we can work from there.

I've been a preview member for months. Everything thinks I'm a preview member the app on the Xbox does, my account info shows it. The forums DB refuses to believe it.
