Anime rewards not showing up

spent 66 dollars on feb 7-8th and another 15 on feb 14th. I have 1 punch on the punch card

February Rewards are not Refreshing, or.........not calculating correctly.

Hello,

I have made several purchases for the XBOX Live rewards program missions, we will use the Anime challenge as an example (but I have participated in the free use as well). I made three separate purchase for 13.99, before tax, on anime from the "Anime" category
yet there are only three fireballs lit up showing my progress. It clearly states the necessity to only purchase $40 worth f merchandise, either in games or movies. What is the dealio?!? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Rewards Not Showing Up

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Purchases take up to 96 hours to be received and processed. As Smwutches says, if purchased as a physical disc from MicrosoftStore.com, the credits are awarded 15 days after shipping. If purchased digitally, it would go towards MyVIP progress, since you
have not chosen to opt into the 6000 Credit Simply Rewarding offer.
