    spent over 80 dollars and have only 1 punch on the card. 66 dollars spent on the 7 or 8th of feb.

    Keep in mind it takes upto 48hours before punch cards are punched fyi as per the gamepass rewards

    As above the Rewards Team are the only ones that can help.

    The problem is that you didn't activate the Punch Card before purchase as it says on the punch card..therefore the system wouldn't register the purchase properly.
