    Hello, I'm wondering why my punchcard won't update in order for me to receive the 3000 points. I'm sure if I'm not over the 30 dollars that I'm very close and would like to see my punchcard updated so I can see if I obtained the 3000 points yet. It says $13/$30 but I just purchased 3 seasons of Yu Yu Hakusho so I'm wondering if I can get the 3000 points yet but it won't update to show me if I can. Please let me know, thank you.

    As stated in the Microsoft Rewards app, it can take up to 48 hours for an activity to be marked as 'completed'. If it does not update after 48 hours & you have definitely met the requirements of the task, reach out to Microsoft Rewards support.

    Renewals are awarded after the subscription starts, not from the day you add the time. You do have to be on a gold subscription when you add the time in order to qualify.

    Yes, but I lost 3000 points on top of he supposed 3000 points I should have earned. Before I did it, I had around 9000 and after it was finished, it dropped me down to 6000.
