    Hi I was wondering if someone could help I have spent £24 on anime films but only two marks are showing, I'm not sure why it has happened but I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

    Keep in mind that purchases can take up to 96 hours to be processed and updated to the webpage. We can confirm your purchases made on the 10th were updated last night, and are now showing progress.

    There was an issue which we resolved yesterday which delayed the processing of purchases. You should see the remaining punches show up shortly, within the next few days. Apologies for the delay.
