Android 11 cloud gaming

I keep receiving a pop-up, when i load into a game on the Game Pass App, saying i still have one more step to complete to get my gamepad working with Android 11. Note all the controllers i tried have worked in the past. And this pop-up only shows when im at the start screen of any android cloud gaming session and never in the main app menu.

I have tried that. Also my controllers have worked with game pass in the past. And they are all up to date.

Thanks for trying. On your phone's bluetooth settings, can you check the controller there and click on its settings if you can change its setup or function?

If i close it then it soft lock me and i have to exit out completely.

Thanks for for the image. Please try to unpair and pair again your controller. If same issue, try to reinstall your Xbox Game Pass application.

Alternatively, please try to access cloud gaming using a Google Chrome browser or Microsoft Edge browser via xbox.com/play

I understand. It's possible that there were some changes or updates made for the service causing this issue. Alternatively, please try to use instead Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser if cloud gaming will work correctly. Please also restart your phone to make sure everything is refreshed.
