Ancient, Lost Minecraft Account

I'm writing about an ancient account I had all the way back in 2014. I couldn't change the email, the password -- heck, even the skin -- due to me being a 9-year-old at the time and promptly forgetting the answers to the security questions after. (I believe I had the questions set to favorite cousin, favorite author, and first girlfriend?) The email that was on the account had long been compromised and my parents couldn't ask to have the password changed due to it being tied with the (now semi-defunct) internet service provider we had at the time. After over half a decade of no hiccups with logging in or playing with the account, I realized that I was unable to access the account on April 18, 2020. My account had been stolen and my password was changed. I know that whoever got the account is still on the account due to skin viewing websites showing the last skin update of the account being on November of last year (they switched to the Zuri default skin). I don't know what details you need for me to prove that I owned the account first (the account was initially purchased via gift card so there probably isn't any record of a cardholder name), or if there even is a chance you allow this sort of thing, but if there is any hope at all that I can retrieve my childhood Minecraft account, I would do anything.

Before you give me a cookie-cutter response, no, Mojang support no longer exists and Minecraft support will not help me (they tell me to come here).

I appreciate the response.

I understand that the hacking incident happened pre-migration era however I'm afraid you will need to know the Microsoft account that was hacked and associated with your Minecraft account in order to recover your Minecraft.

Once you know the Microsoft email account, try to contact Microsoft Xbox Support again to request for an escalation to recover your account from the hacker.

I don't know the Microsoft account that became affiliated with the Mojang account. It became compromised pre-migration era. I tried going through Xbox support as well as the interactive tool, and due to me not knowing the Microsoft account, nothing helped.

Here's how to contact Xbox Support:

For Callback Support:

> Select Xbox One
> Select See more options then subscription changes

> Select Request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.
