An Xbox 360 game I purchased online doesn't launch on my console

I had an issue once purchasing games on my xbox one that were 360 games but was able to purchase them on my old 360 console then download them on my xbox one. you can also try purchasing them online from your computer instead.

Also I know I could purchase them straight from my 360 console but that doesn't work for the new OG xbox games.

I have had an Xbox 360 system for years and have purchased many games and been an xbox live gold member for years. I have multiple games (approx. 50) in my xbox 360 library and have not changed my account at any point in time. When I got an xbox one I
put my account information into it so that I could access and continue with my current xbox live gold account which I have always had. The xbox one did not connect to my xbox 360 online library of games that I had purchased in the past. I figured they were
not able to be accessed because they were not compatible with the new system but have not been able to access or even view them without going to my xbox 360 account on the actual console. My dilemma is, is there anyway that I can access my xbox 360 online
library with my xbox One or even access the xbox 360 online library via computer with my online xbox account as it doesn't let me access those games either.

Is it a setting that I need to change or what gives as I can't seem to figure it out?

The next Xbox will most likely be a Day 1 purchase considering I did it for the 360, and that was only the beginning of my great experiences with XBL. So if the next Xbox has greater online features to let my friends & I play games in new and/or better
ways, i'll be all for it.

As for the games, I know without a doubt there will be plenty of games for me to enjoy.

I never expect Launch titles to always be amazing but I will expect the features of the console to be.

Only adult accounts can make such purchases

Child accounts need the correct settings on their 360 console to make the purchase on the console

The unrestricted setting on the one doesn't apply to 360 games as there is no such setting on xbox 360
