When I did another wifi it changed the error to “An unexpected error occurred while signing into your account for xbox live, please try again later.”

Clear alternative MAC addresses from Xbox One

Press the Xbox button
Navigate right to the "System" tab
Select "Settings"
Select "Red"
Select "Red Settings"
Select "Advanced settings"
Select "Alternate MAC Address"
Select the "Delete" button

Open the guide menu by pressing the Xbox button on your controller
Navigate right to the "System" tab

Be sure to enter your current DNS servers on this screen
Select "DNS Settings"
Select "Manual"
Enter the following DNS servers (courtesy of Google)
