    An order I made has the wrong address and I can’t change it


    I ordered an Xbox Elite Series controller and was really excited for it. But day after day, it kept getting delayed. We pondered this, and eventually called the shipping company: GLS. I found out that I had put the wrong address in that they couldn’t find. I asked if they could change the address but they said Microsoft has a “rules of engagement” policy with GLS and that Microsoft has to change the address. So today I looked for hours in order to find a way to change it and this my last resort. Please! Please tell me how to change the address or at least how to cancel it and order it again! Please! Thank you.

    I have already tried this but apparently the information isn’t right even thought I haven’t changed address, haven’t changed my bank details, the only thing that has changed is my email and password and I’ve lost everything because a bot sees I put the wrong birthday in because I can’t remember the birthday as I made this account before I was 18 so I put a different year in

    To change the shipping address you would need to cancel the purchase and made a new as you can't change the shipping address once the order it's placed
