    An operator had told me that on my account I was inside the preview program


    A part of a conversation between me and one of the Xbox chat operators

    Operator: There were a lot of exiting news on this year's E3 especially for Xbox one, anyway I checked your account it says here that you already accepted the preview program agreement

    Operator: so let us check if you can just redownload the dashboard in the Xbox Store

    Me: And how do I do that does it have specific name?

    Operator: Let's search for it on the console using the keywords "preview program" or preview dashboard



    He said i was already accepted into the preview program yet I can not find it on the console or find anyway to access it as I'm looking forward to streaming gameplay to my pc that runs on windows 10 preview program

    I need to cancel my xbox preview program ASAP.

    I have tried all the steps to remove my account from the xbox preview program via the xbox insider app as the xbox preview dashboard app does not show up so i installed the insider app onto my xbox but it does not give me a option to remove my username from
    the program, i can see that my xbox & serial number are off the program but my username is still attached to the program with a box saying I'm joined but with no option to remove me from the program following all the steps on this link Xbox Insider Program FAQ,
    i have rang thru to xbox phone support and was told to come to this forum and post here to have you guys manual remove my username from the Xbox Preview Program as all the steps provided to me so far has not worked..... Please note that i had removed my xbox
    & selected the option to opt out of the program thru the xbox preview dashboard app a good "3months ago" and had waited for the next update to restore my xbox, thus my xbox has got the normal software installed but i have been informed by Xbox support and
    can see thru the Xbox Preview App that my username is still linked to the xbox preview program, thus i need my username removed from the Xbox Preview / Insider Program ASAP..

    You can unregister your console via the Insider app
    I did but when I call Xbox support they tell me that my account is still in

    preview program but my Xbox isn't so they said to unroll my account out of preview program
