    Hello its me KillerFrankie7 i have problems with the xbox ambassdors program when it tells me to sign the pledge i type in my Xbox gamertag but then it says that it is incorrect. Is there anyway to help me? -Frankie

    The issue is an ambassador issue and should be in the correct forum. This is the support forum for xbox live account problems not ambassador problems. The correct place is the ambassador support forum. Changes are your questions about ambassadors problems
    will not get answered here. They will only get answered in the ambassador support forum.

    You'll need to email Ambassador staff at xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) for assistance. Ambassador issues are not handled via the forums.

    There is currently a known issue with the site that is being worked on. So things are being delayed, but will update as soon as possible.

    Please keep in mind that Ambassador issues should only be posted in the Ambassador forum (when you get access to it). You can also reach out to a community manager or on the Discord server as well.
