An Extended Console communication suspension for no reason

Okay so I was issued a ban for communications about a month ago for communications. Now I've contacted support several times on when that would end and each time they give me different times. Now its finalized that the ban will end the 29th of this month,
but for some reason they extended another communications one till February 23rd?! The reason why this is so wrong is because I couldn't even have committed another violation of comms to get an extension on the suspension because I couldn't send messages talk
in game or in party chat on any of my accounts. I just hope this gets around to the enforcement team so they can reverse it perhaps because I don't see that I did anything wrong to get another suspension.

My suspension was extended for no reason!

I was only suspended for 2 weeks now it's 3 months

 

Console/Account ban

I received my first enforcement message on 9/18/17 which was a 2 week comm ban. I received my second enforcement message on 9/20/17 a 2 week account suspension which was related to past offenses. I appealed to both bans on 9/21/17 It turned out my bans
were extended to a 100 day primary account comm ban the 2 week account(multiplayer) suspension stayed the same. They also added a 7 day primary console(multiplayer) suspension (9/20/17) and a 30 day communication primary console suspension. I was fine with
all of my bans. Today 9/28/17 my primay console(multiplayer) suspension should be lifted but it wouldn't let me play multiplayer still so I contacted support just to find out that they extended all of my already extended bans. My (primary account) 100 day
communications only ban turned into a 100 day communication and multiplayer suspension. My primary console (7 day multiplayer) ban turned into a 2 week multiplayer ban. I wanna know why did I get these extensions after they already decided on my appeal???

Here is what you don't get

Extensions are a result.finding other violations while.they werre.investigating the first report

And no there is no stature of.limitations

 

Not really there wouldn't be anything else to ban me for other than communications. I sent a few hate messages and there is no other "violations".

 

Sorry, but no one here on the forums can address issues dealing with enforcement actions. Also The Enforcement team does not monitor the forums.

Xbox support Said they Monitored the forums and also the enforcement page doesn't show my extension.
