An error with my game collection not loading after a restart (1K+) bring up this rarely...

I can't get past the loading screens. In the rare event it does launch the game, it gives me the files are corrupted error, or update requires restart screen. In the very very rare chance that I load into the game, I go to start a match and when the countdown
is over it kicks me right back to the loading screens.

I also had this problem with Xbox error code 121010; have done all of the steps you listed above. The last one was a reset of Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Did a restart of my computer, but it will not load. Tried again today, but cannot get Solitaire to load. When I opened it up before, the box with the error code came up with two selections: Try Again and Cancel; if I clicked on Cancel, the game would come up and I could play all the Solitaire selections.

Any suggestions?

Trying to play microsoft solitaire collection. Keep getting an error code that isn't found. Says I'm not connected. I have done every troubleshooting and restarted my computer and the game. It still won't work.

I had downloaded and played a free game then had trouble with my Microsoft Collection. After several other tries I finally uninstalled the game and then turned off the computer and restarted my collection then started to work.

After loading the game my cloud save did bring back all of my progress. Try loading up the game again and make sure it is syncing to your account that your progress had been made on.

the worst part isn't not being able to access my skins, it's the constant "player initialization failed" timeout error that comes up almost every time i try to sign into the game...having both issues is making this quite frustrating. the restarts and account
removal have had me having to load the game up multiple times, and it rarely lets me in to even see if i have the skins, let alone play.
