An error message comes up when ever I try to get into my setting on google.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. Sounds like the cross play is not enabled in settings, were you able to look at the
privacy and online settings? We will give you the
steps to change the exact ones for the cross platform use.

1. You will go to the Xbox websiteand sign in.
   
   
   
   
2. Once signed in, click your picture top right corner go to Xbox profile.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on privacy settings.
   
   
   
4. Once in settings, under the picture see Privacy, Xbox One/Windows 10 online safety. Select the Xbox one/Windows 10 online safety.
   
   
   
   
5. You will see you gamertag you are looking for one setting:
   
   
   
   
6. The two you want to make sure say allow and everybody are:
   
   1. "you can play with people outside of Xbox live" set to allow
      
      
      
      
   2. Now click on privacy you are looking for one setting:
      
      "you can communicate outside of Xbox live with voice and text" set to allow

Ok, my bro can get on, but when i try it comes up with the error message, "This account is not eligible for Call of Duty: Elite." WTF does that mean???

it says that I have to download the map packs from the in-game store but when I try to it comes up with a error message saying "premium content is blocked for this profile" even though I have my profile set to have no restrictions

Well I'm playing Minecraft on the Nintendo Switch, and I been trying to change the settings online at https://account.xbox.com/en-US/Settings?activetab=main:xbox360tab
but when I click submit, I get this message, "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.". I don't own an Xbox system.

What browser are you using to change the settings? I have had similar issues in the past if using Google Chrome.

I used Google Chrome, FireFox, and Internet Explorer on 3 different devices. All I got was, "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again." when I clicked submit.
