    How to fix this error? I can't change it.

    Can't send messages

    I can't send messages on xbox live to anyone from my laptop or chromebook. I keep getting this message.

    "An error has occurred, please try again later." I was able to a while back, but now I just get this error.

    Problem transferring MS points to xbox live family member...

    I knew I had seen the same error code on the previous forum, so just googled it and found it. The error code is 8007000B, although this only appears on the 360.

    On the website, I still get the error message below - but no code. This error appears in a red and white box.
