    My son has got a problem with signing into his Xbox Live account to play online games on his console. It started 2-3 months ago. I chatted to somebody on a helpline on Monday and the error dissappeared. But it came up again today. Any ideas what can I do?

    Error 8015D021

    Hi, I have set up a child account for my son on his Xbox 360. He can now not play as the error code 8015D021 keeps coming up.

    When I try to verify his account on the website, it requires a US credit card & address to verify I'm an adult. But I cannot do this as I'm in the UK.

    Any ideas how I can get my son back being able to play?
