An achievement in Forza Motorsport hasn’t unlocked since launch, what can I do to delete my...

I’ve done this about 3 times, I’ve messaged the developer twice now and they’ve told me to do the same thing. I need someone at Xbox to look into this

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with unlocking the "Pole Position" achievement in Forza Motorsport. Unfortunately, deleting your cloud save or information on the game will not help in this situation.



I recommend trying the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:



1. Make sure that you are connected to Xbox Live and that your console is up to date with the latest updates.

2. Try clearing the cache on your Xbox One console. To do this, hold down the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console and wait 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and turn on the console.

3. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

4. Contact the game developer, Turn 10 Studios, for further assistance.

Hello! I am having the same issues. My achievements will not unlock, no matter what I do. I made this account some time ago, with the intention of it being like a full reset.

My problem is that my achievements will not unlock. For example, on Forza Motorsport 6, you receive an Achievement for completing the very first race, worth 5 GamerScore. I have completed half of the Career Mode in the game, and I still have 0 GamerScore
to my name. I have tried everything I can to re-sync my account, yet nothing works.

Achievements Progress if you know it is not Achievements unlocked or Gamerscore. I made thread about Achievements Progress is broken so. I explain: Compare Games and Recent Activity show Forza Motorsport 5 - 2%, Ryse: Son of Rome - 0% and Battlefield 4 -
57%. That is when viewing Compare Games for friends and Recent Activity. Ok so when I viewing my Achievements section and show Forza Motorsport 5 - 5%, Ryse: Son of Rome - 85% and Battlefield 4 - 39%. You see what I mean now? That is Achievements Progress
is broken to me this is why. Achievements unlocked and Gamerscore is fine and they always updated to me. It is just Achievements Progress % is broken and messy up.
