    Hello,

    I received a permanent ban on an account that is 10 years old. I do not know why, I asked for a case review, and that was of no help. Please can someone help me, as this account has all my games on. Username of the account is Brudda Zubby.

    Help.

    A case review would be the only possible way to have a a ban reversed. If the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans. A case review is the only way to contact them.

    You have already been given the answer. It may not be the answer you want to hear, but it is the answer. There is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans.
    REALLY INCREDIBLE !

    Once again, I am sure that the XBOX of my 10 years old son has been banned by mistake. Then WHAT CAN I DO to regularize the situation ???

    This file is open since 2 months and nobody is able to give me the reason why the console has been banned !!!

    Could you please ask a decison maker to call me over the phone.
