dear,Microsoft i was wondering if you could give my free username change back because when it was out i had cousins over

and they kept asking if they could go on my Xbox and i said yes. there names are Samuel and Lucas and they are 12 years old

so yeah i let them on. and while i was gone to get some food they change the username to B0t2427. I'm pretty sure that they did

it as a prank. when i got back they said look at my username so i did when i looked i saw that they changed my username. at first i thought did they have to pay for that. and they said no it was for free and any way how would we know your password. that
was a good point. i said can i change it back and they said yes. so i tried and it said that i had to pay 13.95 dollars for a new username. so i was wondering if you could give me a refund for the username so i can do it for free

Afraid not.You are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it.

You get one free name change so if you have used that then you will need to pay for another gamertag change.

I'd suggest getting your cousins or their parents to pay for the name change if they were the ones that changed it in the first place.

You should also never let anyone else use your account.

well yes i know i shouldn't have let them use my account but still how would i know that they are

going change the username and because i had no time to switch accounts.

could you pls give me another freebie because my family can't afford to pay because were in a bad time were in. just this one time if it happens again I wont get one pls just let me get a freebie and why do we have to pay 13 dollars just for a gamertag.
