I'm assuming you have a code from AMD Rewards from getting their promotional bundle when purchasing one of their Radeon graphics or Ryzen processors: https://www.amd.com/en/gaming/game-bundle

You should have received an email from AMD or the retailer you purchased the processor from that links you to AMD Rewards to then redeem the code you have to then generate a 25-digit code for Xbox Game Pass for PC that you redeem through the Microsoft Store.

Yep, same here. Nothing worked. My oldest son installed the Xbox Game Pass PC (beta) on his own PC and did not have any problem. Cannot figure out yet what is the difference, besides he installed it a week before I tried. Also he has an Intel-based PC where
mine is an AMD-Ryzen build.

It is very disappointing there is no reaction yet from someone at Microsoft...
