AMD crimson software causing black screen

You cannot make a Gaming profile using Radeon Crimson Software any of the Windows 10 Xbox games, that is why you should Contact AMD and work something out. All your Games are encrypted, Folders are hidden and links do nothing. There is no way to make a Gaming
profile in Crimson. There is no answer in that link. Here is my conversation on the AMD forum board and they said to "Contact" You guys at Microsoft!

I really hope you guys can work together and sort this out, shouldn't be a big deal. There are a lot of us who have Dual Gpu/ Dual Gpu Cards and we would love to play Windows 10 Xbox Games. You guys could fix this Issue in the next AMD Crimson Software Update!

Having had a quick poke around it seems you're best downloading the latest drivers directly from the AMD website rather than any other source.

Another workaround is this apparently.

Just hold PageUp on your keyboard and select quit in the game when it gives you the issue, this bypass's the error code and you can continue to play.

I know it says r390 but the same solution applies to the r380.

Ya Im having the same issue, the game starts up with the crimson dragon logo then goes to a black screen but does nothing from there, just stays a black screen Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that has not resolved the issue, rly need a fix here

Thanks for the assistance. The game does not load. It freezes on a black screen amd then gets stuck on the first loading screeb. Never opens the game
