AMD 3 MONTH REWARD

I recently just purchased a new pc and part of the deal with certain graphics cards is 3 months game pass, i have signed up to amd rewards and activated the code, but aint recieved any code to input on my xbox account to activate the game pass. Any helpers
know the problem ?

Got it sorted everyone thanks for your help. For anyone else experiencing problems. After inputting the code to amdrewards, and you receive the message code activated, look up to the top left and click amd rewards tab. It will then run through things and
the code is there. It wont be sent by email, it takes you straight to the xbox site.

i would contact AMD, is it a code by any chance?

I would contact AMD since they would be responsible for providing the code. Is it ppssible the promotion had expired?

You may want to consider seeing if there is a way to contact AMD Rewards as this is an AMD promotion and let them know you have not received your code. I would check your spam folder as usually rewards/codes like this are often sent via email.

This will most likely be more directed towards AMD support rather than Xbox support.

After checking some Reddit forums though, a couple people have said they just waited a couple days. and others say it appeared here for them. https://www.amdrewards.com/my-rewards
