AMC problem status code 20100

1974 AMC Gremlin X, 1969 AMC AMX, 1981 AMC Eagle SX/4.

Hey guys, the way it looks is that it's actually on AMC that the recent episodes haven't been up as soon as they ought to be, not the Xbox video service. The best I can guess is that there must be an issue with transferring the files to the service, but
hopefully AMC and Microsoft will be able to fix the problem quickly.

Bro I'm having a similar problem. I woke up this morning and my gamerscore has gone from 20100 to only around 9 thousand. I haven't don'e anything wrong like yourself. How is this even possible. I want my gamerscore back. Xbox please help and fix this

Unfortunately I do not see any information on this from us or AMC, the only thing I can think of is that AMC has not released the episodes yet as I am not seeing them available on other platforms as well (i.e. it is sold on Amazon but currently it is only available on Amazon with AMC+, there is no option to purchase). It is likely that AMC has not released the episodes for purchase yet, please contact AMC to learn more about when they will be released.

To get started, I'd like to ask a few questions to better understand the problem that you're facing:

• Is this the only streaming app that you are having issues with specifically?
  
• Have you tried to use AMC using a browser on your Xbox console in which if you can as well stream?
  

This is just for us to ask if this is just happening specifically or might happen to all media streaming app so that we can provide some necessary troubleshooting's if needed.



Firstly, I would like to ask if you have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the AMC app? This can often make some differences with the app not working properly. If you haven't tried this yet, please follow these steps:



1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

2. Select My games & apps.

3. Highlight the AMC app and press the Menu button on your controller.

4. Select Uninstall.

5. Once the app is uninstalled, go to the Microsoft Store and search for the AMC app.

6. Select Install to download and install the app again.



If the issue persists after reinstalling the app, please check if there are any updates available for the app. To do this, follow these steps:



1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

2. Select My games & apps.

3. Highlight the AMC app and press the Menu button on your controller.

4. Select Manage game & add-ons.

5. Select Updates.

6. If there are any updates available, select Update all.
