    Please help. I was in the ambassador program. I participated in surveys and quests and tried to be more involved and be apart of the community. I was one day all of a sudden kicked out because of 1 enforcement action on my account that was just an honest
    stupid mistake by someone that was using my account on my xbox. This was not me that sent the message and I would really like to be involved in the community. Is there anything I can do to be given a chance to be a member again?

    Preview Program Level, do you know yours?

    You sure that isn't the XBOX ambassador level? (I think ambassador is the right namelol)

    Rumor, MS is expanding voluntary tech supports

    They've been using ambassadors for chat support for some time now. So in a way, they kind of were.

    Afraid not.

    Once you have had enforcement action on your account you can not be in the ambassador program.

    Doesn't matter who did it,you are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it.
