    I've filled in the survey with my billing information , and I haven't received any further information , how am I able to find out if they have received this ? And how long roughly does it take ?

    I have been a rewards member since the beginning and have racked up loads of points for HD film purchases, surveys etc...

    Plus I'm on the forum ambassador programme!

    Still awaiting xbox ambassador rewards I have been awarded

    For Ambassador issues, it's best to post in the Ambassador forums. Avatar rewards have not been released yet. Once they are, there will be an option to claim them on the rewards page. You should receive a survey over the next couple of weeks to fill out
    for physical prizes.

    You can here on the forums, or you can go to any support, go through it, and say it worked, it will pull up a survey.. You can put any notes in there that you want.. But you cannot survey that specific agent or ambassador without contacting them again, and
    the chances are very slim you will get them again.

    As Gillette said post it in the Ambassador forum, I haven't received an email about this, personally i don't think its legitimate but if its a survey there's no harm in that unless 'she' asks for more.

    My communication ban was lifted but still shows up on the Xbox enforcement website.

    I took the survey and it was just about if 7 days of Xbox live gold is good compensation, nothing about getting the old ban removed from the enforcement website. Thanks for providing the email address for Xbox ambassador, will email them and see if it's
    possible to reapply under the circumstances.
