Ambassador denial

Well to make a long story short, I was playing video games with my cousin who is a lot better than me so I started getting pretty frustrated. Thought it would be funny to message him as if I was a random person in the game raging. We both thought it was funny, no harm done. But I guess Xbox detected the f word in a message and banned me for a day and stripped me of my ambassador role. Am I never allowed to regain the ambassador role again or will I be eligible with time?

No. Once you receive a suspensions as an Ambassador you are not eligible to rejoin.

As previously stated by our Ambassador team, reply to the denial email, there is an actual human being behind those not an automated system. The correct way to appeal the denial is to reply to the email and give them a bit of time to get back in touch. Give
it a shot and let us know if we can further assist in this or any other issue.

What you have experience is Denial of Service (DoS) attack or a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack. I strongly recommend that you read Microsoft's official frequently asked questions:

Thanks for the replies. Sorry with the issue about getting a refund. Unfortunately, as you stated the customer support and refunds are separate. With all the issues of trying to get refund, first make sure the one who purchased tries the refund. If they
continue I recommend requesting a call from support and talking with a supervisor. As under the terms you should qualify as it hasn't been played for 2 hours and within 14 days.
