Ambassador access issues

I have the badges and can access the dashboard to view how many points I have. But keeps telling me to join Ambassadors, then when doing so, the website gets stuck on find out more here. I know you released some fixes for this for most users but my account
is unfixed and has been for quite a while.

Hi there,

I had similar issues in the past, where I couldn't access parts of the site, including Sweepstakes and the Video Gallery. Try clearing your browser cache, closing/opening your browser and signing in again. This should help at your end.

If it doesn't,
let us know and staff might chime in to take a further look.

I had same problem i signed out of my Microsoft account and back in and that seemed to sort it
