Amazon redeemable code not working

mazon, I am receiving this message: “Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page or device, or you may be ineligible to redeem this code.”

I’ve redeemed codes before this way and never had issues. I’ve tried on multiple devices and browsers with no success.

Amazon refunded the original purchase and I repurchased the game for another, different digital code and it still isn’t working.

Hello, Neri here again, this is not my first time buying a game on Amazon as a redeemable code, and I didn't use the code I was given for f1 2022 anywhere else.
