    Hi,

    I am unable to use the Amazon Lovefilm app on the Xbox One as it is saying I do not have the xbox live Gold subscription, but I do. I've confirmed in my account that I am still being billed for Gold, but it still cannot sign-in to the Lovefilm app with the
    error that I need gold to do that.

    I have tried removing the app and re-installing, but I have the same issue.

    Please help me get this resolved.

    I'm sorry to see any billing issues! We are unable to assist with those here on the forums. If the
    Subscriptions & services page is saying that you currently have Gold, and

    removing and re-adding your profile     on the console doesn't work, you will want to
    contact us via phone or chat for further assistance.

    Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regards to the same issue, however, there are no official announcements yet from Microsoft and since you have already performed all the necessary steps, in this case, what I can recommend is for us to wait for an update as well as report it here:
