Amazing Spiderman 2 web threads suit pack (xbox one)

We purchased the web threads suit pack for the amazing spiderman 2 game (xbox one) and it is now not showing up in downloads and not available to play on the game. Can anyone help?

Screen tearing .. Will it be fixed ?

So I don't know , it will be my Tv sony bravia full HD 1080p but I doubt because the games that I said before all the analisys of web as eurogamer or vandal say too ( amazing spiderman 2 another game with screen tearing only on xbox one )

we purchased a while ago. My son was able to play with the suits but now all of a sudden cannot anymore.

Just to clarify a bit.

Did you switch out the profile and are using a different account? (the account that made the purchase is signed out)

Please try with another account that's on the console and see if the content is available.

billing history.

We tried with a different profile and it still doesn't work.

It does show up in our billing history:

Go to My games & apps and highlight the game. Press the menu button to find the Manage game option. Press that and check to see if you have any DLC waiting to be downloaded.
