Am unable to play games in cloud picture breaksup and rolls looks like pixels breaking up

What you're saying is that your connection is not consistent enough, and the game is constantly re-syncing. You should consult with your Internet provider how you can improve your connection

Starfield on game cloud is ****. The picture keep rolling or reloading. I can't move without pixels popping up and more rolling or reloading. It sometimes doesn't clear up at all. Who ever released this junk should be looking for a new job imo. There's no way to get the app off the home screen either. Junk, junk, junk.

No I am not playing on the cloud and now some textures look pixel blurred

I am unable to provide a screenshot however the picture looked like the main menu but with a black line with the error code in the middle, I am unable to log into a game called tentacles: enter the mind and I have tried troubleshooting.

One thing I had not tried was to play the game from the cloud. It was the last option Bethesda suggested before closing the ticket. It resolved the pixelation issues I was having by playing the game from the cloud. Unfortunately the graphics are not as good as playing the game locally but the overall gaming experience is a 100% better as I don't have the strobing background. I am chalking this up to compatible issues between the console and the tv in regards to the UDR and graphic.
