    Am i the only person experiencing an Upload/Delete Capture issue at the moment?


    Ive been trying to upload a clip and it gives me a notification through my Xbox app that my game clip is ready but when i look for it it doesnt appear on the app or through my xbox series s' "Uploaded to Xbox Live" tab.

    Alternately i tried to delete clips from live thinking it was an issue with me having too many uploads on there and upon a refresh every clip and screenshot that "successfully deleted" reappears on my files.

    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues uploading/deleting captures.

    I believe additional information is needed.

    If you don't mind, please answer the following questions:

    • Is your console enrolled in the Xbox Insider program?

    • Are you also experiencing issues uploading captures to other platforms such as Onedrive or Twitter?

    • Have you tried deleting your Xbox Live captures from the Xbox mobile app?

    • Do you see any pending/stuck uploads in your "Uploads Queue"? to see your uploads queue:

    - Press the Xbox button to open the guide

    - Got to the "Capture & share" tab

    - Scroll down to "Recent captures"

    - Select "Show all"

    - Select "Uploads queue" from the first drop-down menu.

    • Besides what you mentioned above, have you tried anything else to fix this? if you have, could you tell me exactly what you've tried so far?

    No you are not alone experiencing issues with deleting captures. There are at least 3 other posts with the same issue, including me.

    I reported it to Xbox support via the xbox live status page.

    No, I am not enrolled in the Xbox Insider Program.

    No, I am not getting any error codes/messages when attempting to delete captures.

    Yes, I am experiencing issues uploading to Xbox Live. I get a notification saying a screenshot was uploaded, but when you check, it hasn’t.

    Yes, I performed a factory reset keeping my games and apps, but it did not fix my issue.
