    Hi,

    Try the following

    1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
    2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage.
    3. On the Manage storage devices screen, select:
      • Clear local Xbox 360 storage.
    This should remove the xbox 360 profile from your Xbox one and any local save files. You can then attempt to download your profile again. Hopefully this should fix your issue.

    They may be tip toeing the like of breaking Xbox's TOS.

    But unless it actually does cross the line of breaking rules, the club will most likely be allowed to remain.

    Just do your part: report and block the content so that it no longer appears on your timeline.
