Am I suspended or not

well it says on my Xbox one messages that I have an active suspension but I can still talk in parties and message. It says the suspension is COMMENTS if I know correctly I commented on a discusting picture of lollicon and didn't even cuss all a said was
under age pornography and I'm getting suspended Xbox for trying to get this weird discusting stuff off. Because clearly everyone on the enforcement team DOSENT know how to run their jobs so I have to do it for them and I get suspended why don't I just use
my PC more, anytime I use this trash console and I say something negative or something they don't like i get suspended it's retarded.

This makes no sense, it's not a scam for auto renewal especially when you can read. It tells you, and you can go cancel, so it's more "am i too dumb to handle canceling"and that' isn't an MS problem that's a you problem.

You can however call MS and talk to someone and explain it, i'm sure just like you did in this thread they'll get a kick out of it. And they might unblock it, note any free games collected that are xbox one games are only available for gold members, not lapsed members.

Xbox 360 games are forever (unless they changed it), in case you didn't know that either.

All your other games should be able to be played offline and downloaded without issue if it was a digital purchase (not a digital games with gold claim).
