I am signed in now but I'm still getting the black screen when an ad pops up. If I restart my device I might be okay for a few minutes but it doesn't last.

Seriously? why are people bothered by ads you can barley notice. i turn my xbox and go into what ever game or app i am using and don't even look at them at the ads. If the ads popped up in your face when you were trying to do something i would understand
all the complaining people do but they don't so i think people just like complaining for the sake of complaining. The ads on the dash do not stop you playing games or suddenly pop up when you are watching a netflix flim so what is the whining about?

Well, when ever I look around in the game, towards the top of the screen there is something known as "Screen tearing" in which little lines go all across the screen. This problem popped up only recently. I am used to it in BF 3, but now it is showing in
most if not all my games and my dashboard.
