    So as the title says, I am wondering if I am able to use my Xbox Year In Review picture on websites, as like my profile picture, banner, etc with out having to worry about getting flagged for copyright.

    I've been wondering about this for a while, and thought it was about time I did something to try and find out the answer to this mystery once and for all.

    I had a though about this, I could water mark with something along the lines of "picture courtesy of Xbox Year In Review" and then the year it's from.

    I'd say you're good to go. Again, just tell people the truth about the pic if asked, what it is etc. Aslong as your pic isn't offensive, claiming to be an xbox/microsoft employee etc, you shouldn't have any concern.

    Go for it. Microsoft made that as a fun thing for everyone. So I feel like you are allowed to use it.

    Just, if anyone asks where the graphic came from you should probably tell them the truth and tell them what the year review is and how it works. lol.

    As long as you don't claim authorship on that picture you are free to use it at your leisure.
