    I was just checking my transaction history and saw that I was given £5.00 on October 3rd 2014; however, when I saw it first i thought it was a bug, now this year I notice it was meant to happen, can I be refunded?

    Hi there,

    I have been looking into joining the xbox live rewards program this last week or so and it has not let me join because I am apparently "not eligible". I was wondering if you could look into my account and see why I have not been able to and help me find
    out how I may join the rewards program. My gamertag is and the email on the account is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

    Every time that I have tried signing up for the rewards program, I have gotten the "We're sorry" page indicating I can't sign up.

    The only reason I thought it wouldn't work is because I used a promotional $1 xbox live gold subscription, however, I then went on last week and purchased a full priced 1-year subscription to xbox live gold and thought that I would then become eligible from
    there.

    I would appreciate the help in order to allow me to participate in the xbox live rewards program. I hope to hear from you soon.

    If you mean the currency expired and you didn't use it, you could try contacting support and speak to billing to see if there is anything they can do, but generally once funds have expired there is no way to get them back. Contact Us | Xbox Support

    There is no way to prove it was your brother or you who purchased it. If you were to get a refund that would open the door for millions of "it was someone else" claims.

    You could try calling or chatting with someone from xbox support just to check, its always worth talking to a person. If you have had a refund recently it could affect this one though. As well as the fact that xbox states all sales are final, so returns
    are not a sure thing. While it may meet the criteria for a return I do know you cant just return a game simply because you do not like it. That being said if you selected that you did not purchase the game in the return request I would highly suggest calling
    and seeing what they can do.

    Dear Jimo1996,

    Many companies that sell games, apps and programs tend to have a time period and once the time period has exceeded then they do not refund.

    Have you tried contacting the site from where you purchased to ask indepth of w hy they are refusing to refund you. Because if it is due to time period elapsing then it is as I mentioned. However they may give another reason which you could then discuss
    with them to see if they are willing to understand.

    Please let me know what happens
