    My Xbox party chats aren't working whenever I try to join one it either will not let me connect or it will force me to stay in game chat.

    Make sure your console settings aren't blocking voice chat: In the Xbox Menu, go to Settings, then select Privacy. Select Change Settings. Select Customize.

    Your account is your responsibility at all times. This is why it is against the TOS to share your login info or to sign in to accounts that you do not own.
