Am I being hacked?

No I haven't recovered it anywhere, thats what puzzles me I already took the nessacery steps to changing my password etc, and it stopped. I just didn't know if maybe it was a tech going on Xbox's part that I wasn't aware of.

Shew the edit time limit ran out, I did recover it on one friends Xbox but he was in the party when it was happening and it was years ago that it had been on his Xbox.... And I didn't know if maybe it was a tech Glitch/bug going on at Microsofts part that
was causing it and I was not aware of.

I don't know your going to have to call Tech support for that, contrary to popular opinion there are a few very helpful people there that could inform you on precautionary measures and how to implement them but me I'm just here for fun. I could recommend
some thing for you to do but, that doesn't sound like much fun and rather mundane. Plus maybe they know something I don't like the answer to your question could be yes and it show up on their hackometer.

Have you recovered your profile else where at all recently, to game at a friends house perhaps? I believe the cloud update changes how the account system works slightly, so you don't need to keep recovering.

If you are worried then change your password and/or your Windows Live ID.

Sorry for hearing you having trouble connecting to Xbox LIVE.

The problem is, microsoft cant see what the "hacker" doing on the PC. So they cant bann him.

Buts its illegal, you can talk to your ISP or with your local police station to hopefully solve this problem.
