Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.

If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.

it says I have 1/8 strikes but ive completed all my previous suspensions

I understand that you want to talk to your friends however they can't hear you.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please check privacy settings. Go to Settings > Account > Privacy & online safety > Xbox privacy and make sure that "Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites" is set to "Everyone".

And then check party settings. If you're in a party, make sure your microphone is not muted. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, go to Parties & chats, and check the microphone icon.

Next is to update your console. Go to Settings > System > Updates and check for updates.

Then restart your console and router.Kindly unplug your Xbox console and router from the power source, wait a few seconds, and then plug them back in.

Kindly test your microphone. Go to Settings > Devices & connections > Accessories and select your microphone to test it.

If incase that your friends can't hear you, try using a different headset or controller to see if the issue persists. This will be a great help to determine if there's a hardware malfunction.

At the moment, I am using a usb headset through pc. Party chats on the app work, and parties on xbox I see, through the stream, register my mic. But it doesn't transmit my voice. Which is why I'm extra confused.

if u cant speak in voice chat, there are a few reasons why:

1. your cod account has been voice banned meaning you can't speak until it's over;

2. your headset isn't plugged in correctly

3. you are in an xbox party (leave it so you can speak on cod voice chat because it doesn't let you speak on both channels)

4. your voice chat mode is set to "push to talk" instead of open mic
