AM I BANNED BY MICROSOFT ON GHOST RECON FUTURE SOLDIER

It's the 28th of April, 2020 my Xbox live subscription was due and at the point of subscription, I got frustrated by the too many links and payment suggestions Microsoft windows were popping up at a time and asking if I was satisfied with the suggestion
(quite annoying). I did a mail then to them and ask that payment option should only take you to payment platform where you can just make payment and move on rather than the cumbersome epistles on their website. Eventually I had to get my quarterly subscription
from E-bay. At first it felt like I had a one time glitch on the game (Ghost recon future soldier) as I could not connect to multiplayer lobby but then for more than 5 months now I cannot seem to even play the game on multiplayer platform. I just get the message
(connection to server lost) anytime I try to get into the multiplayer lobby. The must baffling thing about the whole scenario is that I have always played the game on my Xbox one for a number of years before the incidence and have also always played the game
on my Xbox 360 with no issue. In-fact I can still play the said game on my Xbox 360 with no issue but recently sold the console. It is also the only game I cannot connect to on multiplayer platform, every other games (Ghost recon wildland, Apex Legend, Call
of Duty MW, FiFa 2020, Gears of War etc) works fine. I have worked with multiple persons on both side (Xbox/Ubisoft) no one seems to know what the issue is. This is why I think is a ban from Microsoft team.
