    Game streaming

    Are you using the Xbox Console Companion on your PC trying to stream from Xbox or the Xbox Game Streaming (Preview)?

    Try going to Device connections on your Xbox and make sure Xbox is able to connect.

    Also check Allow Play To streaming and Allow game streaming to other devices.

    System > Devices & streaming > Device connections

    yes I know how to do all this I just wanted to know how to know when your streaming media from neflix hulu etc when the picture is being received in HD as it did on the xbox 360 because I am using wireless and just would like to know when I am getting a
    strong enough signal for streaming to broadcast in HD. its like the wirless signal bar you have on your laptop but at the in It would have HD and it would highlight white when your picture was HD.

    Started a thread in the preview section and posted a link to this thread. To see if anyone else had/has same problem. Also the link I posted above basically said "Go into Settings, Preferences. Toggle the setting for "Allow Play To streaming" under System
    & App." Not sure if doing that will help.
