Am I able To use/pay with Paysafecard on Xbox one

Hi I've brought sea of thieves for £21 through paysafecard and on xbox,micrsoft it shows that i don't own the game at all and also my Microsoft history doesn't show the payment. but i have all the proof on paysafecard that i've payed and it took my money what do i do?

They aren't supported payment method and considering the service fees are you sure you want that?

I’ve checked my order history for the last three months. I’ll list them in order -

Max Payne 2 - Sep 27th Declined paysafecard. (That one is only because I clicked paysafecard by mistake on the second attempt at buying the game instead of my usual debit card, I backed out without attempting to continue, so I don’t know why it’s even showing on the list. I don’t have a paysafecard, whatever that is.)

None of the actual attempts I made to buy Max Payne 2 using my debit card are on the list. I’d like to add that it’s a card I’ve had and used for years now, and a card I’ve had saved to my account for a long time. There’s no issue with the funds in my bank and I’ve been able to use the card in other places without issue since.
