Am I able to switch accounts?

In 2017 I purchaced Minecraft and downloaded it onto my Mac, Xbox, and my phone. The account on the Mac is under a different account somehow and i'd like it to be the same account as my phone and Xbox. No matter how many times I log in with the account
it keeps saying that the password is wrong. I've gone to the Microsoft and Xbox live pages and logged in (just to see if I had the wrong password) and everything worked just fine. I've also tried to download Minecraft onto the Mac but it won't work because
I don't own a Microsoft computer, the only Microsoft thing I have is my Xbox, which broke last year.

Is there anyway to login to the other account?

Okay that helps, thank you. I’ve tired to reset my password and it didnt do anything, im not worried about losing all my stuff either. Can i download Minecraft Bedrock Edition on my Mac? If so, how?

Are you using the Java edition of Minecraft on your Mac?

At this time, only the Java version of Minecraft is available for any machine running a Mac OS [operating system]. Perhaps this might change in the future, but there is currently no further information on this matter.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to launch Minecraft on your PC.

This is likely due to you using a Mojang account to play the Java Version of Minecraft contrary to using a Microsoft account for the Bedrock Version.

If you are able to remember the email that is associated with the account that you purchased the Java Version [Java Version is currently only available on Windows, Mac, Linux devices] of Minecraft you can attempt to

reset the password to your account so that you may log into your account and continue playing.

If that does not work, I recommend that you attempt to
Contact Mojang Support for further insight on this matter.

Keep in mind, Isabelle, that content is not transferrable between the Java Versions [only available on PC currently] and the Bedrock Version [available on consoles, mobile devices and Windows 10 devices].
