Am I able to remove an email I cannot access from my microsoft account's extra security.

My microsoft account was recently hacked because of an infostealer, and I have been able to recover it. I used the microsoft account recovery form and answered sufficient questions, and I actually got my account back really quickly. But my account still isn't secured, because of the recovery form, I have been able to change the password and login to the account, however I couldn't remove the unknown email and authenticator app that I never verified. I didn't see any other devices except for mine, and I attempted to change the security information by myself, but it led me to have to wait 30 days for it to take place, which I can only cancel through the app I can't access, and an email I don't have access to. I just request the assistance of a real person from microsoft support to see if I can ever fully secure my account, as I'm sure the hackers can simply reset the password and cancel the security information change. If ever I can privately contact a microsoft worker, assuming my account can be recovered but just need to make sure its mine, I can provide the same information I used in the recovery form, as well as product keys, 2 credit cards, and the fact that the email that hacked me ends in @yaloramail.su

I am also receiving this problem. My mom's Microsoft Account (Windows Live ID) that is required in order to agree, uses an email from +5 years ago, to which we cannot access because it has been terminated after we switched services from optimum to verizon.
Now, I cannot access the email, and I tried answering the security question, but for some reason it no longer works either, nor does the password, and after filling out the questionnaire twice I am told that my information is insufficient, so I cannot receive
a password reset or change the security question.

In short, the email I need is gone, along with the password, security question, and all hope of agreeing to these damn terms of agreement.

Im not even able to sign into my accounts. I migrated my account to microsoft. I don't have access to my xbox account as an email got added to my account and my email got removed from the xbox id. so that doesnt work.

if your email address is a Microsoft email (@hotmail, @live, @outlook) then you wont be able to remove your account from the Xbox account.

removing Microsoft email accounts from Xbox accounts permanently deletes the email account and you will no longer be able to access it

all you can do is add an alias email address then promote that to be the main email address.

After a month of waiting for the security information to be removed from my account everything worked for me. Once the security information is removed you will be able to access your account again so I would not recommend creating a new account.

Thank you for that additional information, Alexander. Since it's a Microsoft domain or email address, I am afraid that your email itself was removed from a Microsoft account. Please note that once a Microsoft email is removed from a Microsoft account, it will be permanently deleted and can no longer be recreated. There's a possibility that someone has taken over your account and changed your account information including the removal of your own email address. I am afraid that we cannot do much about your deleted email address anymore.
